From Sep. 16^th to 23^rd, SPV two engineers and one salesman are in Myanmar preforming training on garbage compactor assembly. Two months ago, SPV sold 8 units of garbage box bodies to this Myanmar company, which is a vehicle manufacture in local place. Just after they got the bodies, our workers left for their workshop to help them assemble the bodies on Mistsubishi chassis as their requirements on the contract.

The chassis were Mitsubishi Fuso from Japan and the CAD superstructure was from SPV factory. After studied the Mitsubishi chassis carefully, our engineers designed the garbage box capacity of 12 CBM.

We already assembled the garbage loading system in our factory so the assembling work in Myanmar was much easier and faster.

The Myanmar workers were very industrious and also eager to learn. With their help, it only took five days that we had assembled and mounted the whole superstructure.

We believe that we will have many chances to cooperate in near future.

【Sep. 2016】To Myanmar - 8 units of Garbage Box Bodies

SPV's products have earned very good reputation in and out of China. Just a week after SPV shipped one unit of right hand drive Dongfeng fire fighting truck to Zambia, there are good news from SPV overseas sales department that SPV has already finished 3 units of Dongfeng fire fighting trucks(6,000 litres) and will ship them to Shanghai port today.

It was said this order is placed by old customer from Bangladesh, who have bought 4 units of CAMC concrete mixer trucks in 2010 and one unit of mini dumper in the early of 2016.

As the requirement of customer, these Dongfeng fire fighting trucks are left hand drive though it is right hand drive in Bangladesh as these trucks will be used within a big factory in case of emergency situation.

These Dongfeng fire fighting trucks are equipped with Cummins engine( famous American brand), 190 Hp. Trucks are carrying 5,000 litres water tank and 1,000 litres foam tank. By adopting good quality fire pump, the flow speed could reach 60 L/s. For the fire cannon, the flow speed is 48 L/s, and the shot could be more than 60 meters.

Customer asked SPV engineers to do on-site training in there local place. Just one day after customer received these fire fighting truck, our engineers arrieved their company. SPV engineers were warmly welcomed. All the fire fighters gathered around to learn how to operate truck.

To Bangladesh - 3 units of fire fighting trucks in Jul, 2016.

It was a government tender from Zambia that needed one unit of fire fighting truck which could carry 5,000 litres water and 1,500 litres foam. The water tank and foam tank should be stainless steel, so did the fire pump!

As we SPV is the leader manufacturer for kinds of fire truck, so it is a easy case for us. On Jun 29^th, SPV finished all the production and inspection for this truck, and will shipped it to Shanghai port to catch the vessel to Dar es Salaam.

As it is right hand drive in Zambia, so this truck is surely right hand drive. This Dongfeng fire fighting truck is equipped with Cummins engine, 190 Hp. Double cabin, which could carry 3+4 fireman. And as the requirement of the local government, there were two logos of local fire department at each side of the cabin.

To Zambia - one unit of fire fighting truck(6,500 litres) in Jun, 2016.

Just two days after SPV finished the order of Forland water bowser on May 11, our friendly customer from Saint Kitts and Nevis placed another order of one unit of mini fuel truck(2,000 lires). On this sunny Thursday, we packed these two trucks into a 40 foots container, and they will by shipped to Shanghai port to catch the vessel to Saint Kitts and Nevis.

Both the water sprinkler truck and fuel truck are using Forland chassis, which is famous Chinese local brand. It has been proven to be strong and durable for many years. Forland trucks are very popular among Asia and Africa.

The water bowser is used for irrigation, so it is equipped with sprayers, sprinklers and water cannon. It is small water sprinkler truck with capacity 4,000 litres, about 1,000 gallons.

The fuel truck is very mini with capacity 2,000 litres. Though it is small fuel truck, it is equipped fuel pump for quick loading and discharging fuel.

To Saint Kitts and Nevis - 1 unit of mini fuel truck in Jun, 2016.

SPV is very good at manufacturing tank truck and has a good reputation in and out of China. On June 5^th, SPV dispatched a mini water truck – JAC water spraying truck(4,000 litres) to Myanmar. It will catch the vessel to Yangon port on Jun 11th.

This JAC water spraying truck is manufactured as common specification. It is equipped with front sprinkler, rear sprayer, water canon. For all water tank trucks, there are inner baffles inside tank for prevention of longitudinal surge during moving. Surely, water pump(which is driven by PTO) is equipped, flow speed is 500 L/min.

Every truck will be tested carefully before driving out of factory. So we tested every fuction of the truck.

This truck is painted army green as requirement of customer. As it is mini type, the whole dimension of truck is 5830 X 2200 X 2100 mm, so it could be packed into a 20 foots container.

To Myanmar - one unit of JAC water spraying truck(4,000 litres) in Jun, 2016.

Saint Kitts and Nevis is a country in North America with beautiful beaches. Nowadays, SPV has just finished an order of Forland water sprinkler truck(4,000 litres) from this beautiful country and will ship it out this week.

This Forland water sprinkler truck is used for irrigation. It equipped with Chinese top engine, Wuxi Diesel engine, power: 70 KW (95 Hp). It has 5-speed forward gear box. To carry 4,000 litres water (about 1,000 gallons), we choose wheelbase as 3360 mm.

As this Forland water sprinkler truck is used for irrigation, it is equipped with basic front water sprayers, rear water sprinklers and water cannon. To prevent serge during driving, there are inner baffles inside the tank. Even though the truck is just for irrigation, we made anti-corrosion treatment inside the tank, so it could carry potable water if there are special situations.

To Saint Kitts and Nevis - Forland water sprinkler truck (4,000 litres) in May, 2016.

SPV is so professional on tank manufacturing and has attracted clients and orders from all over the world.

Recently, one more client from Sierra Leone came to our factory for inspection on water bowser they ordered from us. This truck is manufactured with chassis IVECO China from joint venture between IVECO and China. It is equipped with IVECO engine, 390 hp, very powerful. Due to whole IVECO technology, this truck has been hot sales in both domestic and overseas.

The tank is of 20,000 liters capacity with inner baffles inside to prevent serge during driving. There are two big manholes on top.  The tank inside has been treated with anti-corrosion treatment.

As for pumping system,  It is a separate HONDA gasoline engine pump driving for overhead delivery. Honda gasoline pump is very famous all over the world and super reliable.

After checking, trial operation and inspection, the client is very happy with the truck. He says it will be Number one water bowser in their country, and he will order more soon as families in their country are short of water supply.

After inspection, we have waxxed whole water bowser to prevent sea water corrosion. Then, we have dispatched it to Qingdao port, to get loaded and shipping to Freetown port, Sierra Leone.

On this sunny day, SPV will ship this new order of ISUZU garbage compactor truck (4 CBM) to Shanghai port to catch the vessel for Middle East.

For this 4 CBM garbage compactor truck, customer required the world famous brand ISUZU 600P as the chassis. It is equipped with ISUZU engine, model 4KH1-TC, 130 HP (96 kw). Very powerful, the max speed could be 100 km/h. It also equipped with air conditioner, power assistant steering, etc. Which make the driver feel more comfortable while driving.

For the compaction body unit, we adopt 4 mm thickness steel for the box body and the tailgate. There is ejection plate inside the body, which could push the garbage out. And we designed a waste water tank for under the tank to avoid the leaking. The rear hydraulic lifting devices is designed to carry two 250L container at the same time.

This fuel tank is of 4,000 liters capacity. The whole tank and all piping systems are made of stainless steel 304. It is equipped with Euro-type manhole, which locks the tank safely in case a roll-over situation; on the manhole, pressure/vacuum vent integrated, which can adjust air pressure in the tank to keep tank safe; on tank top, aluminum handrails and anti-slip check plate stepboards are equipped for operator's safety. This fuel tanker is equipped with bi-pump systems - both mechanical pump and electrical pump. The mechanical pump is composed of PTO (power take of from vehicle engine), mechanical pump, flow meter, stainless steel piping and stainless steel outlets, long hoses. It can used to discharge fuel quickly to a higher place by 2 hoses, which are put in the hose trays along tank sides. It can also discharge fuel by long 15M hose with nozzle, which is installed in the rear compartment.

Thanks a lot for the kindly trust, we got a second order of truck mounted crane after a week of the first order of ISUZU aerial platform truck from a Ghana customer. Customer is moved by our professional knowledge of trucks and our honest working tide, That’s the reason he placed orders without hesitation.

For this truck mounted crane, as customer want to put a 20 foot container on the cargo box, so we adopt foldable type crane for loading and unloading the container. As for the crane, we choose Chinese no.1 brand – XCMG, which is very durable and powerful, and the max. lifting capacity is 5,000 kg, good for loading and unloading an empty container.

Considering the container will slide in the cargo box while driving, our engineers designed fitments at the four corners of platform to fasten the container. Customer was very satisfied with that design and believed we are really professional manufacturer.

After half month communication, the nice customer from Ghana placed a order of ISUZU aerial platform truck which max. working height is 18 meters to our SPV company. Customer wired 30% deposit on 30^th, October hoping we could produce as soon as possible because they need it urgent.

SPV is very good at manufacturing aerial platform and owns a good reputation in and out of China. That is why customer choose us as partner. Customer nominated ISUZU chassis for the truck as it is very durable and powerful.

For the working platform, we adopt Chinese high class hydraulic system to ensure the safety. To ensure the stability when doing aerial work, there are also four strong hydraulic outriggers equipped. They must be extended before lifting hydraulic arms. There are also many devices to reinforce safety, such as emergency hydraulic pump, double – way hydraulic lock, balance valve, etc.

On August 2, one unit of IVECO diesel fuel tanker truck (22,000litres capacity) for Angola was accepting inspection before delivery.

These fuel tanker trucks use global famous chassis ISUZU - left hand drive, air conditioner equipped, power-assisted steering; with ISUZU 4JB1CN engine (power: 98Hp/72KW, displacement 2771ml), meeting Euro 4 emission standard, environmentally friendly; with ISUZU MSB manual gear box (5-speed forward, 1-reverse). The maximum speed could be 105KM/hour. This ISUZU chassis 100P is one of the best mini light chassis in the world. ISUZU China has guaranteed no overhaul within 100,000Km.

These fuel tankers are of 3,000 liters capacity, equipped with Euro-type manhole, which locks the tank safely in case a roll-over situation; on the manhole, pressure/vacuum vent integrated, which can adjust air pressure in the tank to keep tank safe; manual emergent bottom valve is also equipped, in case an accident, you can easily shut off the bottom outlet of the tank, preventing fuel flowing out. There are inner baffles inside the tank to prevent longitudinal surge during moving. Anti-static belt and anti-static pole are both equipped to lead the static onto the ground to ensure operation.

In April 2015, SPV Special Vehicle Co., Ltd. has received another documentary letter of credit from Deutsche bank for supplying one more liquid waste disposal truck Foton (10,000 liters). The irrevocable letter of credit is issued by Bunna International Bank S.C. Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

After receiving L/C, we started production immediately. Last week, we finished production. On Monday, we invited China Automobile Inspection Bureau to come to our factory to make inspection on this liquid waste disposal truck Foton. The officers from this bureau made detailed inspection, including testing approach angle, departure angle, wheelbase, testing vacuum pump, etc. Our truck has passed the inspection successfully. With test report, we are applying inspection certificate for pre-shipment inspection with CIQ (China Entry Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau). Now all procedures are finished, the truck will be sent to Shanghai port soon. As L/C stipulated, this truck will be shipped by ESL (Ethiopian Shipping Lines).
