SPV is famous truck tanker manufacturer in China. After 5 months communication since first contact, SPV got an order of water spraying truck ISUZU (10,000 litres) and road sweeper ISUZU in January.These two trucks are finished in March and will catch the vessel to Casablanca from Shanghai port.

For this 10,000 litres water tanker, it equipped with ISUZU FTR chassis, which has ISUZU 4HK1-TCG40 engine, 190 Hp; ISUZU MLD 6-speed forward with 1 reverse transmission; air conditioner; power window, air brake, etc. The GVW of this truck is 16 tons whicle front axle capacity is 6.3 tons and the rear axle capacity is 13 tons.
This water spraying truck has the basic function of front sprinkler, rear sprayer, side sprinkler and water cannon. High efficient water pump is equipped for sucking water from pool and spraying water on the road.

JMC is famous Chinese brand which has outstanding achievements in light truck chassis. Nowadays, SPV finished order form Botswana clients for 1 unit of JMC fuel tank truck in Dec, 2017 and we shipped it out to Shanghai port before new year 2018.
This JMC fuel tank truck has capacity of 5,000 litres, it is used to refuel other trucks on road. It equips with JMC engine which is adopting ISUZU technology, 112 KW, 152 Hp. Displacement of this truck is 2892 ml. The overall dimension is 5970 mm x 19900 mm x 2360 mm. Transmission for this truck is 6 speed forward, 1 reverse. For the tyres, they are 7.50R16, radial tyres, super wearable. It’s right hand drive fuel truck to suit Botswana road rule.
As this fuel truck is used to refuel other trucks, so it equips with fuel dispenser and hose reel which are mounted at tank back. Fuel pump is equipped to suck and dispense fuel and it’s driven by PTO.

This IVECO dump truck is right hand driven with IVECO Cursor engine, 380 Hp. It also equipped with air conditioner, electronic window, 12 speed forward and 2 reverse gear box, 12.00R20 tyres, etc. All the specifications make whole truck very good performance and durable.
For the dumping box, we used high class strenghtened steel board, 8 mm thickness for the side board, 10 mm thickmess for the floor. For the hydraulic cylinder, we adopted world famous HYVA cylinder, very powerful and strong. Dimension of tipping box is 5600 * 2300 * 1500 mm, which could carry 19 CBM materials.

Flatbed semitrailer is used to transport big machinery, such as asphalt paver, excavator, etc. Usually it's width is 2500 mm, but if the machine is over 2500 mm, how to transport it? Our clinet from Malawi got this problem on transporting 3200 mm width paver and asked us for help. And he found the right person. We have extendable flatbed semitrailer.
This extendable flatbed semitrailer have below advantages:
1. Loading capacity: 40 ton.

9. Tyre: 235/75R17.5, small tyre to achieve lower gravity during transportation.
10. With two folded hydraulic ramps, the loading angle could be 9 degree.
11. With a lot of twist locks, it can also be used to load containers.

Cement semitrailer is a kind of tank semitrailer which is used to transport bulk dry powder. It is widely used in construction field. In July, SPV got an order from South America of 1 unit of 35 CBM cement semitrailer. According to client's requirements, SPV designed this dry powder semitrailer and finished it in one month.
This cement semitrailer is consist of 3 axles which capacity is 13 tons. Total dimension is 10420 x 2500 x 3920 mm. GVW is 39,600 kgs and kerb weight is 10,500 kgs. All tyres for this cement semitrailer are 11.00R20 which are radial tyres, super wearable.
There is an auxiliary engine and air compressor equipped for loading and unloading dry powder. Other spare parts, like 6 maintenance kits for aire compressor and 1 set of all filters are included.

At the bottom of 2016, SPV won an order of 3 units of HOWO right-hand-drive garbage compactor trucks from Papua New Guinea customers and shipped these trucks at the beginning of 2017.
ISUZU truck is famous all over the world because of its high quality. SPV is famous for manufacturing special purpose vehicles in and out of China because of its professional production line. These two outstanding brand combined together makes customer satisfied all the time. So it is not surprised that one Mongolia company ordered 8 units of ISUZU trucks which valued 2 millions from SPV after visiting the factory.
The Mongolia customer ordered 4 kinds of trucks. They are 3 units of ISUZU water sprinkling trucks(20,000 litres), 2 units of ISUZU potable water trucks(20,000 litres), 2 units of ISUZU sewage vacuum trucks(10,000 litres), 1 unit of ISUZU garbage compactor truck(12 CBM). All the trucks are adopted middle heavy duty and heavy duty chassis.

Sewage vacuum truck and garbage compactor truck is adopted ISUZU FTR chassis, equipped with 190Hp ISUZU engine, which belongs to middle heavy duty series.
While water sprinkling trucks and potable water trucks use ISUZU FVZ chassis, equipped with 280Hp ISUZU engine, which belongs to heavy duty series.
