Fuel and Lube truck is very popular in construction site, mining site, etc. It not only has fuel tank which could refuel machinery but also has grease barrels to do lubrication work for the machinery.

In middle June, 2019. SPV will dispatch one off-road fuel & lube truck SINOTRUK to Papua New Guinea. It will work in mining place, so it equips with 266 hp engine and 14.00R20 tyres to suit for the bad road situation.

The fuel tank capacity is 2,500 litres with Euro-type manhole, bottom valve, flow meter, hose reel, etc. According to clients' requirements, the 6 grease barrels will loading 6 different lubricant, such as transmission oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, engine oil, grease, etc. There is a Cummins generator, 220V, 380V power socket equipped, it could be connected outer equipment to work, very convenient. The air compressor is Chinese top brand which is conect with grease pump to do lubrication work.

SPV got order of 2 units of helicopter refueling truck from Panama client in February, and finished production in June. These two helicopter refueling truck used off-road 4X4 SINOTRUK chassis. Super suitable for bad road situation.

The tank of these two helicopter refueling truck is stainless steel material, 5 mm thickness. On the tank top, there is Euro-type manhole, preventing fuel leakage in case the tanker is over rolled; pressure/vacuum vent integrated, adjusting air pressure in the tank to keep tank safe; anti-fill sensor; alluminium handrail, etc. There is stainless steel emergency bottom valve equipped at tank bottom, preventing fuel leakage in case of accident.

How to laod fuel? From top manhole or bottom loading system API with vapor recovery system.

How to discharge fuel? There is stainless steel pump for overhead delivery with aviation special hose 20 meters x Φ 1.5" and nozzle. As it's helicopter refueling truck, it also equips with filteration system, filtration separation, sample valve, etC.

Before we dispatch trucks, Panama clients visited our factory and inspected the trucks, they are very satisfied with our truck and promised will build long-terms business with us.

In May 26^th, SPV shipped one unit ISUZU 6,000 Liters Fuel Tanker Truck to Shanghai port, which will arrive at Palau end of June and will be used to transport diesel fuel from dock to local fuel storage tank.
 
This truck is equipped with fuel tank, fuel pump, dispenser and flow meter, which can be used to pump fuel and show discharge quantity.
 
For the truck chassis, we are using ISUZU 4HK1 turbo engine (190 HP) and ISUZU manual transmission box (6 front gears & 1 reverse gear). We also equipped original ABS system to improve truck brake performance for better safety.
 
By the way, it’s the second order we got from the same client. First order is two units sewage vacuum truck from last year.

In May, 2019, SPV is shipping 5 units of SINOTRUK trucks to Mongolia, it includes: 2 units of swing arm garbage truck, 2 units of fuel tanker truck and 1 unit of water spraying truck. In May, 2019, SPV finished 5 units of SINOTRUCK trucks production for Mongolian clients. These trucks are 2 units of 24,000 litres fuel dispensing truck, 1 unit of 20,000 litres water spraying truck and 2 units of 5 CBM swing arm garbage trucks.
 
For this water spraying truck Sinotruk(20,000 litres), it’s equipped with SINOTRUK engine 266 hp as Mongolian plain topography. For the truck, it’s very high grade. It equips with air conditioner, power window, roomy cabin space, 11.00R20 tyres(radial tyres, super wearable), etc. 
 
The truck will be used in mining place to reduce the dusty situation there, so it equips wit front flushing, side sprinkling, rear spraying and water cannon shooting system. All these functions are driven by high quality water pump through PTO.

The fuel tanker is made with 5 mm thickness carbon steel, super durable. To guaranty safety, we adopt Euro-type manhole, emergency bottom valve and emergency stop bottom. They will lock the fuel tank in case of roll-over.

For this ISUZU Road Wrecker Truck with Crane, engine power is of 190 HP with 6 front & 1 reverse gear; flatbed size is 5.6*2.3 meters, also equipped XCMG crane.
 
The truck can accommodate one vehicle on the flatbed and facilitate another vehicle by using the rear towing device. And with the crane, you can now lift and transport vehicles that can’t be driven anymore.

At the begining of December, SPV is shipping 20,000 litre fuel tank truck IVECO out of factory to catch vessel to Djibouti on 7th, Dec. To suit for Mongolia terrain, we recommend SINOTRUK HOWO chassis for this 18,000 litres vacuum tanker. It equips with Sinotruk engine 266 hp(196 kw), 10 speed forward with 2 reverse transmission. Tyres for the truck is 295/80R22.5, super wearable. It has 2 person's seat with 1 spleeping bench. Air conditioner is equipped to make driver feel more confortable.

According to client's requirement, they just need rear inlet and discharge valve to suck and discharge sewage. The rear door of sewage tank could be hydraulic opened and the tank could be hydraulic lifted to discharge solid sewage.
