In March, SPV dispatched this beautiful designed garbage compactor truck FOTON(6 cbm) to beautiful country Maldives.

This truck adopts right hand drive FOTON chassis, with air conditioner, 141 hp Cummins engine, 6 speed forward & 1 reverse transmission, 7.00R16 tyres. This box capacity is 6 CBM with dustbin lifting device which could lift 2 units of 250 L dustbin at one time. After collecting garbage into tailgete, the scrapper plate will compact garbage into garbage box. When discharging garbage, the tailgate could be hydraulic lifted and ejection plate moves outside to push garbage out. All operations are electric and hydraulic control. Super efficient.

There are also 2 units sewage tanks which could collect waste water from dustbin. One is setting uncer tailgate, another one is under compactor box.

An emergency button is setting to stop movement of hydraulic system to guarrant safety.

In Dec. 2020, SPV is dispatching one unit heavy duty wrecker truck with crane to Papua New Guinea. 

This wrecker truck with crane has 8 tons articulated crane, 8 tons flatbed and 6 tons wheel lift bracket. The whole truck is high-class configuration. For the heavy duty Sinotruk chassis, it equips with 266 hp Sinotruk engine, which is super powerful. To match 8 tons flatbed with length 6.8 meters, we adopted 5600 mm wheelbase chassis with 11.00R20 tyres. 

The flatbed mechanism has functions of lifting, descending and sliding, and is mainly composed of loading flatbed, sub-frame, rear support, hydraulic winch and wire(with hook), flatbed lifting/descending and sliding cylinder. The flatbed mechanism is mainly used for loading vehicles, and is convenient and easy to operate when loading and unloading. The flatbed wrecker has the function of towing vehicle and the function of loading vehicle. If payload allows, you can also load one vehicle on the flatbed and tow another vehicle. The dual function of loading and towing at the same time (see the picture to the right) effectively improves work efficiency.

The platform could slide down to touch ground and made a slope as small as 13°. To help broken down truck to be towed onto platform, there is one 8 tons winch setting in front of platform. And there are 2 units of axiliary wheels to for moving vehicles which have broken rear wheels, damaged rear axles, etc. The biggest loading capacity of auxiliary wheels is 800 kgs. And please drive truck under 30km/hour and the distance should less than 10 km when using auxiliary wheels to moving vehicle.

We have plenty experience of exporting compactor body superstructure. We sold 8 units of garbage compactor truck bodies to Myanmar in 2016 who needs Completely Knocked Down parts and assembled them under our engineers' on-site guidance.

For this 8 CBM garbage compactor bodies, as we only have chassis drawing, our engineers could not see the chassis on-site, so they spent lots of time on designing We always made the best choice to guard good qaulity. For the multi-way valve, we adopted Italy brand which is super durable. 

As there are many kinds of bins in Brunei, we designed the bin lifter to be multi-functioned. It could lift 120-240 L dustbins with comb, 660 L-1100 L dustins with trunnion and 150L steel round bin.

Afer we finished the whole bodies, our QC team mounted this 8 cbm garbage compactor body onto other chassis to test all the function.

On Aug 22nd, SPV shipped one unit SINOTRUK 5,000 Liters Sewage Suction Truck to Shanghai port.
 
The truck is equipped with Italy vacuum pump with reliable performance and great durability.
 
The pump can generate high vacuum within the tank, so the sewage suction could be very fast. The pump can also generate pressure within the tank by easily switching handle, so to enhance discharge speed.
 
The sewage tank is equipped with both side level indicator and rear sight glass, so workers will know the tank sewage level.
 
And with vacuum/pressure gauge, workers can easily grasp the working status.
 
Usage: Sewage suction, septic sewage cleaning, waste water transport, muddy water suction, gully clean, etc.

In August 8^th, SPV have shipped one unit ISUZU 15,000 Liters Fuel Tank Truck to Djibouti. 
 
This truck is equipped with fuel tank, fuel pump, dispenser and flow meter, which can be used to pump fuel and show discharge quantity. Also the tank capacity is 15,000 Liters plus volumetric expansion, 5 compartments (5000L, 4000L, 3000L, 2000L,1000L). 

 
For the truck chassis, we use world famous ISUZU 4HK1 turbo engine (151 HP) and ISUZU manual transmission box. We also equipped original ABS system to improve truck brake performance for better safety.

Helicopter refueling truck is used to transport and refuel kerosene to helicopter, it is kind of special purpose fuel tanker truck. SPV shipped 2 untis of SINOTRUK 4x4 helicopter refueling truck to Panama last year, clients are very satisfied with our trucks. In July, SPV will ship this ISUZU helicopter refueling truck to Antigua and Barbuda, a beautiful country in Caribbean.

This helicopter refueling truck ISUZU is aluminium tanker, 5 mm thickness. On the tank top, there is Euro-type manhole, preventing fuel leakage in case the tanker is over rolled; pressure/vacuum vent integrated, adjusting air pressure in the tank to keep tank safe; anti-fill sensor; alluminium handrail, etc. There is stainless steel emergency bottom valve equipped at tank bottom, preventing fuel leakage in case of accident.

How to laod fuel? From top manhole or bottom loading system API with vapor recovery system.

How to discharge fuel? There is aluminiu pump for overhead delivery with aviation special hose 20 meters x Φ 1.5" and nozzle. As it's helicopter refueling truck, it also equips with filteration system, filtration separation, sample valve, etc.

In July, SPV dispatched 1 unit of sewer jetting truck JMC(2,000 Litres) to Maldives. We finished production for months, the shipping schedule has been pushed off for over 2 months because of epidemic situation in Maldives.

This sewer jetting truck is high grade. The tanker is stainless steel and the high pressure pump is world famous Pratissoli, which flow rate is 120L/min. According to customer requirement, the high pressure hose is 80 meters long.

Sewer jetting truck needs sandwich PTO, so it could drive the high pressure water pump. From the cabin to the end, there is pump room with aluminium rolling doors, stainless steel tanker, operation box, tool box, ladder, etc. 

The whole truck dimension is 5650* 1960 * 2040 mm, so it could be delivered by 20" contanier. Which could  give the best protection for truck.

SPV got an order for vaccine truck in Jun, 2020 from Mongolian clients. This year, because of the epidemic situation, vaccine truck, ambulance, fire truck, water spraying truck are on hot sales. 

Vaccine truck is special purpose refrigerator truck. As the vaccine should be transproted between 2° to 8°, so the refrigeration unit should cool the van in summer and heat the van in winter. Besides the multi-fucntion refrigeration unit, vaccine truck should also have 5 walls ventilating slots and temperature & humidity recorder.

The bottom wall inside the van is cosisiting of high-density aluminium slots. The other four walls slot is make of stailess steel.

According to clients requirments, the van inside dimension is 6500*2300*1800 mm and the external dimension is 6700*2500*2000 mm.
