Fire fighting truck is SPV main product and win many clients all over the world. In Sep. 2018, SPV dispatched 2 units of ISUZU water dry powder combined fire truck to Morocco which are totally giant machinery.
 
These two fire fighting trucks use ISUZU 8x4 chassis, equipped with ISUZU 6WG1-TCG51 engine, which is 460 hp, super powerful. The engine complies Euro V emission standard, very friendly to environment. Other advantages of these two ISUZU chassis are: equipped with air conditioner; power window; 315/80R22.5 tyres, etc.
 
For the fire fighting function, it’s really multiple. It combines with water, foam and dry powder, suits for kinds of fire fighting situation. According to whole truck structure, the water tank is 12,000 litres capacity made of carbon steel, foam tank 3,000 litres made of stainless steel and dry powder tank 2,000 litres made of carbon steel. There are also 6 pcs of nitrogen gas bottle, which is 70 litres capacity and used for shooting dry powder.

Dump truck is very normal construction machinery. SPV has manufactured and shipped many dump tipper trucks out of China. In July, 2018, SPV shipped 2 units of dump truck Sinotruk(18 CBM) to Philippines.

Sinotruk is famous Chinese brand, it has super outstanding performance among heavy-duty trucks.

For these two dump tipper, they are quipped with Sinotruk engine, 336 Hp, super powerful and durable. The front axle capacity is 9 tons and rear double axle capacity is 16 tons. Total GVW is 25 tons. The tyre of these trucks are 12.00R20, radial tyres, super wearable. For the cylinder, it's world famous HYVA brand.

Other high grade configurations are: air conditioner, power window, etc.

The GVW of this truck is 16,000 kg. Front axle capacity: 6.3 Tons, rear axle capacity: 13 Tons. Which makes the truck super strong and durable. Tyre for this truck is 10.00-20. Other high grade configurations are: air conditioner, power window, exhaust brake, USB interface, etc.
 
As Cape Verde uses EN standard dustbins, so we designed the garbage compactor truck could lift either small dustbin with capacity of 120 L, 240 L, etc. and big dustbin with capacity of 660 L, 800 L, etc. To lift small dustbin, there has comb lifting device and to lift big dustbin, there has trunnion lifting device. SPV does very good job since 2018. After shipping road sweeper truck ISUZU(100 P) in March, SPV ships 2 units more road sweeper trucks ISUZU(600 P) to Vietnam in April. Road sweeper truck is a kind of sanitary truck for keeping the road and streets clean. It’s more and more popular as it’s much more efficient than labor. There are totally 3 kinds of road sweeper trucks: road sweeper for normal cleaning, road sweeper truck with high pressure water flushing, vacuum sweeper truck for dust suction.
 
These 2 units of road sweeper trucks are used for normal street cleaning. They are equipped with powerful air blower, auxiliary engine, dust bin, water tank, sweeping system, suction system, hydraulic system, etc. Truck is highly automatic controlled, so it’s very easy to operate and perfect to cleaning roads.
 
Clients nominated ISUZU chassis for the road sweeper trucks. ISUZU is world famous Japanese brand. It equips with ISUZU engine 4KH1-TCG40, 88kw, 120 HP. Displacement is 2999 ml. Truck has original air conditioner and MSB transmission. All configurations are at high level.

Garbage compactor truck is very important sanitary truck. It could collect garbage from dustbins and compact to small volume. After collect enough garbage, it could also discharge garbage automatically. It’s so efficient that garbage compactor truck becomes more and more popular among kinds of garbage trucks.
From the beginning of 2018, SPV has a prosperous exporting business. And compactor garbage truck is our hot product, we get repeat order all the time. This ISUZU garbage compactor truck(8 cbm) is the first order to Cape Verde. After this, there are 3 units more manufacturing in our workshop.
For this 8 CBM garbage compactor truck ISUZU, it’s equipped with ISUZU engine 4HK1-TCG40, 190 Hp. It’s Euro IV emission standard using DOC technology, so no need Ad blue. The transmission is ISUZU MLD 6 speed forward gearbox with 1 reverse. Other configuration are: 8.25-20 tyres, air brake, air conditioner, etc.

According to client’s requirement, this garbage compactor truck should be able to lift small dustbin with front receiver which need comb lifting device, it should also be able to lift big dustbin with trunnion which need trunnion arm lifting device. As all these dustbins are EN dustbins, so we should design the combination hydraulic lifting device according to the EN dustbins.

SPV sales lots of special trucks to overseas countries every year. After 5 months communication since first contact, SPV got an order of road sweeper ISUZU and water spraying truck ISUZU (10,000 litres) in January.These two trucks are finished in March and will catch the vessel to Casablanca from Shanghai port.

For this road sweeper truck ISUZU, it has 4 CBM garbage box and 1 CBM water tank. As it's among the small range of road sweeper, so we adopt ISUZU 100P chassis, which equips with ISUZU engine 4JB1CCN with power 98 HP; ISUZU MSB 5-speed forward transmission; air conditional, etc.

There are 2 sets of brooms at both side of road sweeper truck. The whole truck is high grade, such as JMC high efficient auxiliary engine, 78 Hp; imported motor; Chinese famous blower, etc.

The sweeping capacity of this road sweeper truck ISUZU is 42,000 m3/h. The max. sweeping width is 2800 mm.
