As one of the biggest special trucks manufacturer in China, SPV wins more and more trust from clients allover the world. At the beginning of April, SPV oversea department shares a good news – they finished an order from Malawi client for 6 units of IVECO trucks(2 units of water spraying trucks and 4 units of dump tipper truck). These trucks will be shipped to Shanghai port to catch the vessel to Dar es Salaam on 5^th, April after waxing.
 
IVECO is a world famous brand from European. FIAT IVECO Italy has built a joint venture with one of the oldest heavy duty vehicle manufacturers (Hongyan) in China. They manufacture a IVECO series of truck which inherits from European IVECO on both internal and exterior; it is manufactured by following exact European IVECO’s drawings, using universal parts and under their strict monitoring and inspection standard. The most important, it carries superior powerful heart – the world first class IVECO cursor engine with power 310hp, 340hp, 380hp, 420hp available. It shares same trend as Europe.
 
These IVECO trucks are right hand driven with IVECO Cursor engine, 380 Hp. Clients are very fond of its big power. Besides this merit, these trucks are also equipped with air conditioner, electronic window, 12 speed forward and 2 reverse gear box, 12.00R20 tyres, etc. All the specifications make whole truck very good performance and durable.

At the bottom of 2016, SPV won an order of 3 units of HOWO right-hand-drive garbage compactor trucks from Papua New Guinea customers and shipped these trucks at the beginning of 2017.

Water tank truck is always the hot-sale product in SPV. SPV shipped 450 units of JAC water tanker trucks(10,000 Litres) to Latin America in 2015 and wined very good comments from customer, which attracted customers from all over the world to purchase water bowsers from SPV.
 
At the bottom of October, SPV finished an order from Latin America for JAC water tanker truck with capacity of 8,000 litres. For these water trucks, we also adopted separated HONDA water pump for overhead delivery. Which is much more efficient(confirmed by customers) than traditional PTO driven water pump.

Besides of this wonderful water pump, this JAC water tank truck has many other high configurations, such as the engine is Chinese famous Yuchai engine which is well-known by its super power, truck is equipped with original air conditioner and tyres are used radial tyres which are much more wearable.

These 49 units of  HOWO mining dump truck are used HW7D single side cabin chassis, air conditioner is equipped. As truck is miming used, so engine of this truck is big power – 375 Ps(275 KW). The max. torque of engine is 1500/1100 – 1600 Nm/rpm. For easily control, there are 12-speed forward and 2 reverse. Gear box forward ratio: 15.00,11.67,9.19,7.14,5.63,4.38,3.43,2.67,2.10,1.63,1.29,1.00; reverse ratio: 17.76, 13.81.

From Sep. 16^th to 23^rd, SPV two engineers and one salesman are in Myanmar preforming training on garbage compactor assembly. Two months ago, SPV sold 8 units of garbage box bodies to this Myanmar company, which is a vehicle manufacture in local place. Just after they got the bodies, our workers left for their workshop to help them assemble the bodies on Mistsubishi chassis as their requirements on the contract.
 
The chassis were Mitsubishi Fuso from Japan and the CAD superstructure was from SPV factory. After studied the Mitsubishi chassis carefully, our engineers designed the garbage box capacity of 12 CBM.
 
We already assembled the garbage loading system in our factory so the assembling work in Myanmar was much easier and faster.
 
The Myanmar workers were very industrious and also eager to learn. With their help, it only took five days that we had assembled and mounted the whole superstructure.
 
We believe that we will have many chances to cooperate in near future.

SPV's products have earned very good reputation in and out of China. Just a week after SPV shipped one unit of right hand drive Dongfeng fire fighting truck to Zambia, there are good news from SPV overseas sales department that SPV has already finished 3 units of Dongfeng fire fighting trucks(6,000 litres) and will ship them to Shanghai port today.
 

It was said this order is placed by old customer from Bangladesh, who have bought 4 units of CAMC concrete mixer trucks in 2010 and one unit of mini dumper in the early of 2016.
 
As the requirement of customer, these Dongfeng fire fighting trucks are left hand drive though it is right hand drive in Bangladesh as these trucks will be used within a big factory in case of emergency situation.
 
These Dongfeng fire fighting trucks are equipped with Cummins engine( famous American brand), 190 Hp. Trucks are carrying 5,000 litres water tank and 1,000 litres foam tank. By adopting good quality fire pump, the flow speed could reach 60 L/s. For the fire cannon, the flow speed is 48 L/s, and the shot could be more than 60 meters.

Customer asked SPV engineers to do on-site training in there local place. Just one day after customer received these fire fighting truck, our engineers arrieved their company. SPV engineers were warmly welcomed. All the fire fighters gathered around to learn how to operate truck.

Saint Kitts and Nevis is a country in North America with beautiful beaches. Nowadays, SPV has just finished an order of Forland water sprinkler truck(4,000 litres) from this beautiful country and will ship it out this week.
 
This Forland water sprinkler truck is used for irrigation. It equipped with Chinese top engine, Wuxi Diesel engine, power: 70 KW (95 Hp). It has 5-speed forward gear box. To carry 4,000 litres water (about 1,000 gallons), we choose wheelbase as 3360 mm.

As this Forland water sprinkler truck is used for irrigation, it is equipped with basic front water sprayers, rear water sprinklers and water cannon. To prevent serge during driving, there are inner baffles inside the tank. Even though the truck is just for irrigation, we made anti-corrosion treatment inside the tank, so it could carry potable water if there are special situations.

Recently, one more client from Sierra Leone came to our factory for inspection on water bowser they ordered from us. This truck is manufactured with chassis IVECO China from joint venture between IVECO and China. It is equipped with IVECO engine, 390 hp, very powerful. Due to whole IVECO technology, this truck has been hot sales in both domestic and overseas.

The tank is of 20,000 liters capacity with inner baffles inside to prevent serge during driving. There are two big manholes on top.  The tank inside has been treated with anti-corrosion treatment.

As for pumping system,  It is a separate HONDA gasoline engine pump driving for overhead delivery. Honda gasoline pump is very famous all over the world and super reliable.

After checking, trial operation and inspection, the client is very happy with the truck. He says it will be Number one water bowser in their country, and he will order more soon as families in their country are short of water supply.

After inspection, we have waxxed whole water bowser to prevent sea water corrosion. Then, we have dispatched it to Qingdao port, to get loaded and shipping to Freetown port, Sierra Leone.

This fuel tank is of 4,000 liters capacity. The whole tank and all piping systems are made of stainless steel 304.  It is equipped with Euro-type manhole, which locks the tank safely in case a roll-over situation; on the manhole, pressure/vacuum vent integrated, which can adjust air pressure in the tank to keep tank safe; on tank top, aluminum handrails and anti-slip check plate stepboards are equipped for operator's safety. There are inner baffles inside the tank to prevent longitudinal surge during moving. Level gauge is installed on tank side to let the operator see easily how much balance fuel inside tank. Anti-static belt and anti-static pole are both equipped to lead the static onto the ground to ensure operation.

This fuel tanker is equipped with bi-pump systems - both mechanical pump and electrical pump. The mechanical pump is composed of PTO (power take of from vehicle engine), mechanical pump, flow meter, stainless steel piping and stainless steel outlets, long hoses. It can used to  discharge fuel quickly to a higher place by 2 hoses, which are put in the hose trays along tank sides. It can also discharge fuel by long 15M hose with nozzle, which is installed in the rear compartment.

The electrical pump  system is composed of electrical pump, flow meter and hose reel with 15M long hose. The electrical pump is imported originally from America - Tuthill Fillrite. It is one of the best fuel delivery solution brands in the world. Flowing capacity is 20 gallons per minute (equals 75 liters per minute). A flow meter of same brand Tuthill Fillrite is equipped to calculate the refueling quantity. The hose reel with 15 meters high quality hose with refueling trigger is equipped for convenient refueling operation, even in long distance.
